Although WinACC has come to the end of the scheme that allows us to provide the energy assessments for free, we have arranged for local supplier Expert Energy to carry them out for a cheaper price to people who tell them that they have been referred to them by WinACC.The price for these are as follows:

Detailed home energy check + report (inc. thermal imaging where weather is suitable)

1 or 2 bedrooms £100

3 or 4 bedrooms £150

5 or more bedrooms £200

Just to avoid any misunderstandings: this check is not an Energy Performance Certificate, and does not qualify for Green Deal loans.
