Join this global movement at 8.30pm on Saturday 25 March. Sign up, switch out your lights and show you want action on climate change and to help protect our beautiful planet.

Please note this event is organised by the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (not WinACC).

ALFI (the Alton Local Food Initiative) and Energy Alton will be showing the film “Project Wild Thing”, followed by an informal discussion, at 7.30 pm in Alton Maltings Centre.  Produced by The Wild Network, this film is helping to lead a movement which encourages children to get outside and enjoy nature.  Free event, donations welcome.

Transition Southampton started in 2008 and has achieved a huge amount in that time. It has been run by a small group of ever-changing individuals, all committed to the goals and values of sustainable living. This year, they find themselves without enough core members to carry on. They need to look at their own sustainability.

Hampshire Climate Action Network's next six-monthly meeting on Saturday 6 May is open to everyone who is actively working against climate change in their community in Hampshire to share experiences and news, learn from successes and failures, and work together where appropriate.
