Green House, the environmental think tank, has recently published an essay by Robert Hutchison, WinACC's founder, entitled "This Moment: The Emergency, The Opportunity". Forming part of Green House's 'Facing up to Climate Reality' project, Robert's paper provides a succinct summary of the situation we find ourselves in and argues that we should treat climate breakdown as a global emergency in order to respond appropriately.  The essay can be downloaded from the Green House website.
