Winchester City Council is now consulting on the next stage of the Local Plan Part 2. This will allocate sites and development management policies for all of the district outside the South Downs National Park. Deadline 21 December

A vibrant business district and gateway to WInchester city centre is the vision of SNUG architects working with students from Southampton University.

Their plans aim to ensure viability by re-organising land uses and improving the public realm with commercial developments in key sites thus increasing the value of commercial propeerty and the long term income from business rates.
